Adriana Lopez is the Bookkeeping Specialist, shareholder, and employee of Dorado Tax & Bookkeeping Services Inc. Her position includes accurately recording all transactions, such as sales, invoices, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and more. Using Quickbooks she produces financial statements and other reports for our clients, supervisors and managers.
Adriana first started bookkeeping when she graduated with a degree in Public Accounting from the National University of El Salvador in 2006. Back in El Salvador she was the head manager for ten other employees. One of the biggest accomplishments while working in El Salvador was to implement the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) for her company. It was creating a standard for the company that focused on the information needs of lenders, creditors and other users. This had a positive impact on taxes and tax planning strategies.
Adriana moved with her family to Oakland in 2016 and is now part of our Dorado Tax team. Currently her goal is to help organize our clients bookkeeping and payroll while also educating them on how to simplify the process.
When Adriana is not working she loves to explore the bay area and find new fun locations for her and the family to enjoy together. She has a warm presence and can always be relied upon when help is needed.
Adriana Lopez currently lives in Oakland, California with her husband, two daughters and son.
